Future Rhodes Scholar??
Two of Sam's groupmates and his caregiver. Aslan is in the center and Jenasayul is giving Sam the eye...
Sam pulled himself up to a standing position on his own for the first time today! He was trying to get his paws on the digital camera which was sitting on the back of a shelf. We were proud of him... the small joys of life, eh? We asked his caregivers to write down some of their impressions of Sergei, so we can share them with him when he's older. They are so sweet and we thought we'd share some of them. 1. What are your impressions of Sergei? What is he like? Sergei has changed very much for this short period of time, when his parents had started visiting him. He started to produce new sounds, blabber. 2. Does he have any funny or cute habits? His cute habit is to suck his thumb. He likes music very much, he likes playing with musical toys. He likes when adults speak to him, he smiles and listens to them very attentively. Also he likes when we call him "Ser-o- GA" This sounds very gentle and funny to his ears. 3. What will you remember about him? We will always remember his smile, calmness, and his white and soft skin. He is very tender and we are kidding him that he is our "dough". 4. What are your hopes for him in his future? We are happy that now Serozha has a true family. We like his parents very much, we think that they are both very cute, polite, kind young people. We have always been thinking that Serozha will be very handsome man and tall. We imagine him to be such. We wish him to be healthy man and enthusiastic but the most important for him is to be happy. And to the parents of Serozha we wish to live many years happily and all the best to their family!
